All you can do is pull it out and see if you start losing air. If it actually punctured, you will have to have a new tire :sad:
I'm guessing its time for a new tire. You cannot safely fix a hole in the sidewall.
But it ppears to only have shved the outter most layer of the rubber, barely lower than tread-depth.
It looks like its under the 1st layer of rubber so I would say its ok. As long as you dont mess with any high speed driving (100+) then I dont see it an issue. Just keep a close eye on it though.
