New VW owner. Bought the car with only 51k miles on it.

The person I bought it from did not have the key nut fir the tires.

I was able to remove the rear locking nuts.

The front locking nuts look damage.

What can I do beside getting over charged to get them removed?

If the locking nuts are OEM (original to the car) you can go to the dealer and provide proof of ownership, give them the VIN number from the car and they should be able to get a new locking nut key.
If that doesn't work, locking lug nut removal tool

Well, they are well past salvageable. They need to be professionally removed. I don't think a removal tool will help, either. Nothing to really grab onto.

I'm an idiot. Those removal tools won't work with the VW rims.
Wow, those things are trashed. Pounding a slightly oversized Torx bit or a triple square into the center might've helped but those are way beyond that.
Gonna have to drill out the heads of the locking lug so the head comes off the rest of the lug bolt.
Then at least the rim can come off and then the rest of the bolt can be taken out.
Unless you've got a steady hand and are good with a drill that's got some power behind it, I'd suggest leaving that for the shop to handle.
