Hi all, long time VW owner here. I bought my first car, a '68 Type 3 Fastback 30 years ago at the age of 14. Since then I've had many, many cars, including two Passats, a '91 GL 16v and a '94 GLX VR6 5spd, though I've worked on many, many more. I do still have a '77 Rabbit with a 2.0L 16v from a Passat if that counts for anything! My current daily is an '02 Audi A4 Quattro Avant with lots of mods, so it shares a lot of DNA with the Passat as well. I mainly joined to try to contact a member here about an engine he built (or had built) that I'm wanting to put in my A4, but I wanted to get some details from the builder before I pulled the trigger.
