I've got them in my projectors. Here are my observations:

- Up close, they don't look any whiter than regular bulbs. But one night, I parked my B5 on the side of the road, got into another car and drove to the end of the street. From far away, the color was noticeably white.

- I think they actually light up the road just a tad worse than regular bulbs. They aren't *bad*, but they aren't an improvement. The light output was also a little different, but it could've been my imagination.

- They have a lifetime warranty, but after browsing through various online auto forums, it seems like they burn out quite frequently. Supposedely, getting them replaced under warranty is near impossible.

Overall, my opinion of them is neutral. I paid about $26 for the pair and they are worth about $26 to me. I plan to use them until they burn out and then replace them with Silverstars.
