GIAC PC-16 setup. First run FPR set to 2.8 bar (40psi) that a lot people use with the PC-16. Second run set to 3 bar (44psi). Anything over 3bar showed no gain.

 Nice looking numbers. How does it feel on the road with the 3 bar?

I've always had a fixed rate 3bar in it. ModifiedA4 needing a 3bar FPR was the kick in the butt I needed to install my adjustable FPR and go play on the dyno.

Out of curiousty is that considered a good A/F ratio on the bottom.
I would consider it so. It's about 12:1 through the whole RPM range. That's pretty darn good, considering a lot of chipmakers tune the high rpms to be rich (10 or 11:1).

Nice dyno, Bill! :salute:

Taken directly from Giacusa site.

GIAC performance software for the 2005 - 2001 Passat® with K04-15 tubo upgrade

Required Hardware:

380 cc injectors (real S3/225TT 380 or Deka 1 Siemens 380, Genesis 380)
225 TT 3inch OD MAF with real TT sensor not golf jetta (Part number: 06A906461EX)
Upgraded intercooler with less than 2 psi boost drop and IATs less than 50 deg. C. sustained.
K04-1 or E05 turbo
F - N75 valve works best
Intake: long tube CAIs or stock air boxes, or short if velocity stacked properly.
Green Coolant temp sensor.

If the PC 16 file (made for A4's) requires 315cc injectors can we assume that the file specifically for our passats is different as it requires 380cc injectors?

Wrong info. PC-16 is for cars with the engine code AEB 1998-1999??? The link I posted earlier is from the GIAC website regrading the PC-16 file. I have 1998 Passat, engine code AEB and it's the same motor as the Audi A4 with the engine code AEB. IF your car is a 2001-2005 you don't/can't have the PC-16 file and will probably make more power!

93 octane and PC-16 is a higher torque bigger inejctor file for NDBW cars.
