What is the car, engine, transmission, and A/C ?
A Passat does not monitor the fuel pump relay, so the code for that can't be right.
Do a proper scan and post the codes.

With the engine cranking, check the voltage between ground and each side of fuse #28. (The fuse must be connected and the engine must be turning during test)

Hi,
I have a manual B5 passat estate, 1.9 TDI and live in the UK.
The scan was done by a mechanic.
Cheers for the reply,
Frazer

If you had posted that info in the original post, I would not have replied and someone who knows something about your issue might have.
