As title says, thought it was my ccm since no windows, lights worked. Come to find out this fuse is blown. Replace it, the car starts up fine. Turn it off, and 5 minutes later it blows. Now any time I touch a fuse to where it should go, they blow instantly. I recently had my dome light controls and everything break and the control peice fell out. Could that be shorting in there and if so how can I fix that?

Yes, the dome light and visor are on the same fuse. You need to remove the dome light cover and trace the wires back. Then tape them off so they do not contact anything.
