The other weekend I hooked up the VAG-COM to kuyarico's 2.0T.

-Turned off DRLs

-Activated windows/sunroof up/down with keyfob (very cool)

-Adjusted the power steering assist to minimum. We did this real-time on the road and took turns driving it--the difference in feel was instantaneous. Steering felt tighter and less disconnected from the road.

Easy mods make up for the weird electronic e-brake. :biglaugh:

There are a lot of things you can do. This is a short list from the GTI, but most should work for the Passat

Disable DRL
Use fogs as DRL
Adjust dimming level of DRL
Disable seat belt chime
Close windows and sunroof with remote
Open windows, but not sunroof with remote
Change honk/flash when locking and unlocking
Adjust speedometer error
Adjust steering assist
Use parking lights on one side only when ignition off
Use pass to flash halogens with high beams
Enable rear fogs, if tail lights swapped
Use fogs with high beams
Disable TPMS
Disable headlight washers
Change instrument to UK or European menu/display
Enable Coming Home
Enable Leaving Home
