I have my complete kitchen for sale (no sink or appliances).

BRAND NEW CONDITION!!!

These cabinets were installed new during construction in May 2005. We re-did the entire kitchen, so these are for sale.

They were professionally removed in Nov 2005, includes all trim panels, hardware, crown moulding, etc. Sink/Faucet and appliances are not for sale.

Approx layout is 10ft X 13ft + Island.

Cabinets are Welborn Forest "Colony Recessed" Maple with Cinnamon stain color.

Granite is "Black Galaxi" and is seamed at the sink to minimize the seam size.

here's some pics taken just prior to removal:

Here's a list of all the individual cabinets and sizes, the cabinets (if I added right) are about 39.5 linear ft.

Island:
2-36" Base cabinets, each with 2-15" doors and drawers.

Refrigerator enclosure:
2 - 27" x 90" side panels
1- 36"w x 18"h x 24"d over-fridge cabinet with 2 - 15" doors.

Base cabinets:
1 - 15" wide with 4 -12" drawers (between stove and refrigerator)
1 - 12" X 12" corner unit with 2 revolving shelves ( RH side of stove)
1 - 42" with 2 - 18" doors and drawers (between corner and sink)
1 - 36" sink unit with 2 - 15" doors
1 - 18" base unit with 15" door and drawer

Upper cabinets (all 12" deep, 36" high suitable for 9ft ceiling):
1 - 12" with 9" door
1 - 15" with 12" door
1 - 18" (width of angle face) corner unit with 14" door
1 - 45" with 3 - 12" doors
1 - 33" with 2 - 14" doors

1 - 30"w x 21"h over-stove cabinet with 2 - 14" doors

Here's the dimensions of the granite slabs:

Granite (~52 sq ft)
Island: 38" x 73"
A. 1 - 15"w x "25.5"d fits between stove and refrigerator
B. 1 - "L-shape" 36"w x 25.5" x 8ft
C. 1 - 25.5" x 5ft

B + C are seamed at the center of the sink, cut/finished for Elkay bottom-mount (I can track down the model) with offset single-hole faucet…the total length is 13 feet…this allows for a 24" opening between sink base unit and 18" base unit for the dishwasher.

Granite backsplash for A, B, C

I'm looking to get $5k for everything, this is less than half the cost if you were to buy new and less than I paid for just the stone. Obviously a local buyer is wanted. Prefer to sell everything as a complete package, but will consider "parting out".

Shoot me a PM or email, or call at (508) 212-6049.

I don't have any pics of the new install yet, waiting to finish curtains/rugs and probably a paint color change....its pretty similar in layout, we extended the base cabinets and countertop a bit and converted the double upper cabinet to a quad with glass doors, apothocary drawers, etc. New wood is cherry. Slightly different door and drawer style, new hardware, new granite. Re-used sink, faucet, and appliances.
