Yessir. Pretty sure b6s use H7 also. Yes it's the whole set... Bulbs/ballasts and comes with some hardware (screws/zip ties if you don't use double sided tape)

Bump. Still have this. Haven't even received them in the mail yet, I just feel like an ass returning them a day after they were shipped >.<
