Just looks like dirt to me, nothing a cleaning wouldn't take care of

Yes, the clear coat started chipping off 2 winters ago and now there is dirt, salt or something under the clear coat. It is only on the raised sections and not the painted part. I was going to buy a pressure washer and see if they would clean up but I did not. It is simply cosmetic and does not affect the wheels.

Did you run these on a b6.5 without spacers?

I ran these on my 2006 B6 they were the factory rims. I had a set of 17s with summer rubber.
