Well they said the adaptive cruise control needed calibration. They calibrated and it works now !! How many times will I need to do this??
Front Assist Problem
Well my new 2017 Passat SE with tech is at dealer today to investigate a "Front Assist not available" message:icon_eek:

They fixed it ( did calibration and reset) and then yesterday (Monday) I got the same message again on start up to go home !! Back to the dealer. Anyone else experience this on a Passat? The only thing I did yesterday was I did a on line query through VW Car Net , during the day, where it queries the car for status. Could there be a bug disabling Front Assist when the car communicates? Or is it just a coincidence?
So they said they called VW gurus and have ordered me a cruise control computer
