How easy is it to replace the foot pedal rubber pieces in a Passat?

I haven't checked the ones in my Passat, but they generally just slip over the pedals on every other car I've seen.

How do I get the right ones? I tried looking online and got nowhere. My car is 2001 Passat B5 GLX 5 speed V6.
