Looks just like the OEM A6 one except about a inch shorter. Is that a pic of the actual one? Is it welded together or bolted?
Looks like purems bar. I got one of those great improvement in handling 
I just installed the A6 one and yes there is definitely an improvement in handling, the A6 one requires modification though, i.e. cutting and drilling.

Bolted. The feeler is to see how many people would be interested if any. If there is enough interest then I would start putting them together. For just a small handfull its not worth it.

Can I ask what grade Aluminum you will be using? There really isn't such a thing as "Aircraft aluminum". It's more commonly used in marketing schemes to make you think your getting good stuff. while interested in this...might be a bit pricey for my needs. this might be slightly off topic, but if you can do this...any chance of reproducing a Chas Bar?
