Comming home from the GTG, the car had a flashing CEL. I was flooring it up a pretty steep hill on the highway and right when I got to the top it started to flash. So I get off the highway and pull these codes:

DTCs: 4/10/04 1:26 pm - 3 Faults:

1.8L R4/5VT G01 0008
P/N: 4B0 906 018 BH
Coding: 07551, WSC: 00028

16717: Knock Sensor 2 Circuit -G66: High [Sporadic]

16684: Random / Multiple Cylinder: Misfire Detected

16685: Cylinder 1: Misfire Detected

Any ideas why? It drove home quite normal after I reset the codes.

Bad gas maybe? Sounds like you gave your knock sensor a real working, maybe it couldn't handle it and the cylinders started to misfire?

Coil pack would probably come and not go away, usually doesn't hit the knock sensor either. I'd say bad gas or bad plug in cylinder 1.
