Hi folks, thick this pic of my throttle body... is this bad? I see a lil oil on the intake pipe too... What do I need to do about this..

Yes, go ahead and clean it by removing it and using TB cleaner and a toothbrush. A little bit of liquid oil is normal; it's condensed PCV fumes.

Carb cleaner +toothbrush + drip towels/plastic to keep that stuff from staining your driveway +care not to drop anything into it.

No more oil than is shown in the photo, I wouldn't worry about it. If enough gunk accumulates to prevent the throttle butterfly from closing completely (thus affecting the butterfly stepping motor/positioner signal to ECU), then you should probably clean it.

If you've never had your PCV system apart, that is probably the better place to spend your cleaning efforts (especially if your valve cover gasket is seeping oil like most I've seen, including mine).

Frankly, cleaning the throttle body is one of the easiest maintenance tasks I DO on my Passat. I can't think of a reason why not, even though that one doesn't look bad. A $2 gasket, a can of throttle body cleaner, and 10 minutes. Then you're set for another year or two.
