This is kind of a long post..
Car is 1999 passat 1.8t wagon manual..
Car stalled on the highyway.. Started back up and died again. Got it towed home.. I scanned it and no engine codes came up..
I did get a 00779( outside temp sensor?) And some light time codes from ccm.
So i did the typical newb move.. Replaced parts... FP, FP relay, FF, ESS, CS, FPR, injectors, etc..... All to no avail..
So this is my current situation.. My fuses for fuel and engine (28, 29) are not receiving power with any FP relay installed.. If i jump the to largest slots on relay 372 i get power at the fuses but still no start. Direct power to the pumps outer pins turns pump on..
I know im not getting power to the fuel pump in the normal configuration.. What should i be looking at... Please understand I'm limited in electronic skills and understanding so please bare with me...

P.S. There is no fuse or relays in the ecu box... All lights on dash work upon attempting to start.. CEL is on. Starter fluid allows start, so i can only assume spark, air and compression are there...

Is it an AEB engine ?
With ignition ON, is there 12V at fuse #32 ?
While cranking, is there 12V at fuses #28, #29, & #34 ?
Have you properly seated the fuel pump connector ?
