Assuming you mean the big one under the intake manifold, you'll have some oil spatter out the hole, and the mixture will be off - may idle poorly, stumble, burn excessive fuel, etc.

A boost leak, per se, I don't think so. But I never left a big hole in my PCV system deliberately, so I can't say the exact consequences.Would it cause boost leak
