I'm currently installing n alpine type R component system in the front and back of my 99 passat and i'm almost done except for i can't find out how to get the wiring from my back door in to the car. There is that one large plastic piece that I can't figure out how to get off. Can someone help me and tell me how to get the wiring through into the back doors?

Don't put components in the rear, get coaxils instead. :drink:

either way i'd have to wire through to the back door, any advice on how to do that?

nevermind i figured it out. Wow, it sounds amazingggggg

Ryan if you want to get the plasti sill plate off you have to remove the bench part of the back seat.

But wouldn't if be easier to just run the wire up to the dash where the speaker wire inputs have connections.
