Can anyone tell me what is leaking on my 99' passat. The leak is coming out of the circular plug/seal on the driver side. The plug/seal appears to have caulking of some type around the plug. There is an identical circular plug/seal on the passengers side that is not leaking.The fluid is clear and tasteless. It is not gas and only leaks when the vehicle is parked on a hill.
