I don't know about a pressure difference, but it is likely.
Also most electronics cleaners contain lubricant, a MAF sensor wouldn't like that.
I doubt that anyone but a fake would even consider it.
What about CRC QD Electronic Cleaner? I had MAF cleaner but i can not find it .

I used CNC MAF cleaner, would recommend. I spent $8 at walmart for CRC Twin pack which had the MAF cleaner and throttle body cleaner. If it were me and I didn't have a spare MAF sitting around, I personally wouldn't risk it with those electronics cleaners. Maybe, just maybe with isopropyl alcohol, but the pressure is what is usually being used to help clean

I was always under the impression the MAF cleaners were specifically designed to evaporate quickly so they don't get the engine, and sensor "safe" mainly so they don't set off the O2 on the way out if they do. So some sort of ether, like starting fluid. But the whole pressure thing makes sense. fwiw.
