You might remember that we already posted quite a few photos of the Aston Martin Rapide, but apparently the British automaker thought that wasn't enough. Dozens of new photos have been released of this fabulous four-door showing just about every detail and angle.

The photos also display the Rapide in a variety of colors. Feeling feisty? Check out the Rapide in Magma Red. Want something classically British? Go for Hardly Green. And if you're in the mood for something more subdued, the Quantum Silver or Silver Blonde will surely do. You can view each of the colors in the high-res galleries below.

Crass, talk about the bastardization of the Aston marque. On a side note, I am sure prosepective owners will be happy to know that unlike the Panamera, the Rapide does have folding rear seats which comes in handy when trying to fill the cabin with a load of Grey Poupon or 2x4's

i think it looks great. (I'm one of those who think Panamera looks nice)
FAIL!

(and leave the LEDs to VAG, thank you very much).
Absolutely beautiful. Although I guess the market doesn't make sense.

"Yes I'd like an expensive sports car with a recognizable name and also would like to fit my family in the back, be a hatchback, and also be able to fold down the seats to carry around large objects because for whatever reason I can afford this but not an SUV."

But it's still sexy as hell

I just realized by looking at the pictures that the seats don't actually fold down, that is the trunk. D'oh!

From your pictures you were mistaken however not wrong. From additional photos on their site they do actually fold down.

Also it's ridiculous how narrow the trunk is.

I like it. And, for the record, I hate the Panamera.

I know a guy who has already over the years leased an Aston, a Maserati Quattroporte, and several other similarly hot cars under his business's name. Not because he's really a car guy, but just to impress clients - and anyone else he can. So not everyone buys these cars, and not even because they care about cars. And he can take the kids out to dinner or shopping when it's "his weekend" without driving a truck.
I love it.

Although the Panamera is growing on me.
How much effort did that take? Just looks like a stretched coupe to me.
Pure class

Take a note Porsche. When Aston Martin goes and makes a 4 door sports car, its still looks like an Aston Martin.

It's not about not being able to afford an SUV; it's about not wanting an SUV b/c SUV's suck.

Class.
I just think that hatchbacks are all about practicality and if someone really needed that sort of space and such they'd have another car that would be more rugged and have an Aston as the looker of the car collection. But I still love the car.
