Checking out my first set of coilovers for my B5.5

So I got my first car back in January and it was the Colorado Red GLX V6 B5.5 2003 Passat. I've always been a car kid so when i got this i immediately created this vision of what i wanted it to become. I bought some wheel spacers off my friend and am currently at stock ride height. It looks like a monster truck right now and I hate it, so ive been looking at overfenders (also taking suggestions on those) and coilovers.
