Cassette stuck in radio and shift knobs?

Hey guys

Since I bought my car there has been a cassette stuck in the radio. I have no idea what's caused it nor how to fix it...any ideas?

And what do you guys think of these shift knobs on eBay?

They are all from Hong Kong and look exactly like what I need. But for $2 they seem a bit under priced...no? I just don't want to get scammed.

Thanks,
Elliott

Not sure about the cassette try removing the deck and taking apart the deck that's probably a long way to do it though, someone must know something better.

As for the shift knobs, retailers from Hong Kong nab you on the shipping. Because theres a % of the sale price that goes towards eBay they make the sale price really low and the shipping high so they make most of their money that way. Also makes them look cheap.

I personally don't have one but a friend of mine did get one from a similar source and its still good to go.
Ok thanks on the shift knobs. Anything will be better than what I have at the moment.
Did you try pressing and holding the eject button. I don't think just pressing does it. I'd skip the shift knob. It's probably dog leather treated with lead.

Lol. Anyone else know of any good sources to buy them then?
i've bought mine off ebay but from a seller in Europe somewhere. great quality leather not the cheap fake leather vw uses.
Cassette stuck in radio is a Y2K bug - I think you have to disassemble to get it out :lol: :poke:
