So I usually get the P codes like the one I mentioned in the title, but I was clicking on my VAG scanner and not sure how I got there but those codes showed up also.

Hey guys so I did end up changing the CTS a bit ago. The really rough vibrating/shaking has stopped at start but I still feel a little bit of a rough idle. My mechanic did another scan after and recommended I try changing the ignition coils. The codes that came up we’re P 2181, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It is unlikely that you have a problem with the ignition coils or the thermostat.
Check the CTS and its wiring.
Check the CTS with VCDS, check the temps reported to the gauge and to the ECM. (They should be the same)
