There could be a couple reasons for the rubbing
1. Possibly the hub bearing is worn out
2. Maybe the rubber caliper bushings are worn or mismatched.
When I changed my rotors the other day I realize I had a double whammy
I had warped rotors on both the front and One of the caliper bushings did not belong to my car it was like a mechanic lost it and stuck somthing else in there.
All that was solved when I installed my Tyrolsport bushing and new rotors.
