While cruising and without any throttle the boost gauge reads about 20 In. Hg. But when I'm at a stoplight and idle the vacuum goes down to only about 10 In. Hg? It's a tiptronic btw. I never remember it being that low before. On my GTI if I'm in gear at a stoplight the vacuum is still around 20. What gives?

I'm pretty sure I'm at about 16-18 stopped and in gear (Tip). I only see 10 or so when the smog pump kicks on first thing in the morning.

Thanks! That's what it used to be on mine. I just don't know why it suddenly rests at about 10 when I'm stopped. hrmmm.
