Boos Log (channel 115) review and opinion?

Hello everyone,
I did a couple logs with VCDS on channel 115 trying to identify how my car runs, and I would like to hear your opinions, especially from someone who understands this a little better.
I recently had a problem with failed PCV valve and now after fixing that problem I am trying to figure out how my engine runs and does it need any other adjustments/repairs...

From what little I know about it, it looks good for a stock engine. Actual boost is very near requested (about 10psi), even though you rarely go above 3K rpm.

I did this test on a local road with a lot of turns so I know it's not the proper way to do it... I will try it on straight open road where I can drive faster and without releasing the throttle....
I am a little concerned about the start areas of the boost where the actual charge looks like it is a little "lame' and delaying to follow the specified values.
With all of the low rpm boost, it's normal. Above 3K it looks like near instant boost. The turbo needs exhaust gas to spool up, so low rpm cause slow boost build. You also need a warm engine, so if the drive started with a cool engine, boost would not be quick.
