OK so the flex plate and the torque converter and that gasket or whatever the metal plate thing that goes between the transmission and the engine right? So the metal plate thing got bent out of shape now the bolts that hold the torque converter and the flexplate together the three that I asked about what the torque specs are in a different post? Anyways they are rubbing against that plate how bad is this? Can I still safely drive it or should I replace that plate before I do anything at all? Need to know asap

I would repair or replace it if possible before driving. You don't want it getting caught up in the flywheel.

You need to put a straight flex plate in there. The transmission is basically the same one my Audi uses, and there is very little space in there for loose bolts or anything else because it's snugged right up against the backside of the engine and will do damage if everything doesn't clear. If it's making noise, it's doing damage.

It all depends on what area is bent and by how much. If it's a small area you can reach, go for it.

The 3 flexplate to tq converter bolts are 63 ft lbs or 85nm

You have to line it up on the engine side to fit over the pins and bolt holes that mate up to the bellhousing. That shouldn't be rubbing on anything. Either you take this one off and flatten it out or buy a new one. You may be able to tweak it from the starter opening, but it would only solve the problem if it's rubbing the edge of the opening.
