FWIW I purchased a set from that guy, two came in, and one didn't work... it says all over the page NO REFUNDS!! so I just sucked it up and purchased another one, but I made sure to put a note on my PayPal transaction that said why I was purchasing another one.
The next morning I checked my e-mail and he had refunded my transaction no question asked, and immediately sent a replacement. :thumbup:
