For those that didn't read the Monster Mat thread... thought i'd share...

HID's are in... what a difference... the high beam on these things is awesome... same great lighting i got from the Evo... this is exactly what i was hoping for...

i will post some more pics of them this weekend... the ones i took tonight came out like poopoo...

i'll stick with the stock...

what temp are those blue ones...? do they still perform as well as the stock...?

my understanding is that they're japanese bulbs, though it's not my car, so i'm not real sure. they look great though!
I think stock is 5200. Bluish is generally anything above 6800-7500 k Purple is 8-9k

Those blue lights actually do look really good :p. Usually I like to stick with white for HID's though, if I am gonna pay 800 bucks for brighter lights, I want them to be a LOT brighter, not just 5-10% brighter.
stock is 4300K. stick with the stock 4300K versus going with the blue/purple color going up the Kelvin range as they have less lumens.

How did you aim yours?
the aiming screws... the 2 white screws... check out the other post that you made... i think there was a link in there for aiming directions...

i'm too lazy to look for it... :p
A-tiller you gonna hook up the level control inside the cabin?
no... not worth wasting the time to do that... i don't ever load my ass end down anyhow...
