Don't you have to have the dealer reprogram your immobilizer when changing the ECU for a 2003? Did you have the dealer setup the immobilizer for you? I'm also curious why you have 93 octance program, as I thought most of the premium gasoline here in MN was 91 or 92 max. Does it have the stock program as well as the 93 octane? Does it have a new chip soldered on, or was the ECU flashed (DPP) while it was in the car? Just curious as I've been thinking about APR and have a 2003 with 4B0 906 018 DA as well.
To answer this is out of a car from evilvariant. I dont know if 93 is more common out East. I currently have a GAIC chip with 93 oct, I use 92 all the time with out problem. I can open up the ecu if you would like an take a look. PM a we can try to figure something out since were both in MN
