then why does the vin start with WVW? if it was assembled in slovakia then it wouldnt have a wvw vin. look at the audi tt, its assembled in hungary so it has a TRU, and not a WAU.

The W in WVW designates Germany as the country of origin. The 11th digit in the VIN is what specifies the factory of assembly. D= Bratislava B= Brussells W= Wolfsburg and P= Mosel.

for the US model, did we lose the HIDs and the Headlight washing system or is it still an option?

i love this car, but for the amount of money they want it seems like you could spend it somewhere else? :???:
