Are you buying a kit or Is this your own, "home brew" design?

If it's the latter, then I would look into: www.jcw.com

That's where I got the mandrel bent tubes for my home brew FMIC. And it works great! If I was to do it over again (and I might), I would have the pipe pieces welded together so as to reduce the number of flexing joints and the possibilities of leaks at those joints.

jcw.com sells mandrel bent exhaust tubing in the right sizes, lengths and bends needed to fab up your own tubes. And it's not that hard.

Good luck!

Chas - If I wanted to get a bung & flange for the MAP sensor (AWM engine) welded on one of those tubes, what's the best way to do it?

It's home brew man. .. What size is the inlet and outlet for the stock intercooler? Did you make any extra holes in your car to install to new intercooler?

Well then I'm just getting myself some alu-pipes.
