Here's a list of Vag-Com owners that may be able to assist you. I don't know about borrowing, but maybe they can read the code & clear it and/or see what is causing the problem. http://www.steve-hall.com/cgi-bin/VAG-Locator.pl

If you have an Autozone close to you they can read the code with an OBDII scanner & you can look the code up here:

Good luck!

Where in GBG man? I too am from there.

I dont think many CB5ers are local. Best bet is to get a local mechanic to scan. Greg Bauer in Scottdale, Autozone for sure (right in GBG or is that AAP?), Maroney's in Smithon could scan for you I'm sure.. Tell Greg, John Bandemeer sent you from Mt Pleasant Auto Sales, and tell Maroney's I sent ya if need be.

PM Jaero (from Murrysville). He hooked up with a guy who lives in the City during the week and in Ligonier on the weekends.
