Hmmmm it says they have Don Garlitts endorsement. Whatever that's worth to you.

I have never heard of them but maybe someone else? They make an audible noise when excess cylinder pressure detected. Like a BOV? That would be cool. PSSST...PSST..PSSST...PSST...PSST...well on second thought....... :nervous:

...especially for those with later engines, rumored to have no hold down screws on the coil packs.

They are not individual dump valves if you read the info on the website, they are like safety valves and only work once and have to be replaced, they apparently have a built in weakness that allows the spark plug casing to permantly deform and vent off any extremes of pressure in the combustion chamber should it exceed the design limits should detonation or hydrolock occur, so saving your engine, a bit like a safety valve on like a propane gas cylinder that would vent off excess pressure rather than letting the pressure build so high inside that it could end up exploding.

So sorry danteshors, no pssst....pssst

Not sure how your supposed to tell when a spark plug has done its job unless you notice a big drop in power or misfiring or something.
