Only code i am getting
Timing belt job was done month ago or more
Car hasnt had no lack of power in low rpms as far as i can tell
Only had a hard time starting once. Hopefully its just a bad old cam sensor. Got an oem bosch coming from Oreilys.
My cct. Is old. Was replaced with a verified good one. A year or so ago. So that could be bad. Wish me luck i guess and i will try to keep an update. For future problem havers lol.

Foujd this on a facebook group if anyone can give me the correct readings i need to check at the connector would appreciate ir

Replaces Cam sensor. Inspected Belt Tension. Still properly tight. Car started on third attempt this time leavinf work. Drove fine. Gonna drive in a bit to see if code cones back probally will. Does else have the 034 silicone breather kit for the early awm? Seems my hose is covered in nasty oily black substance. Assume would be from a leaky valve cover gasket (My block needs a bath. Need to buy a pressur washer lol so i dont have to go to car wash]. I also will be drilling and tapping a couple valve cover studs. That have pulled out. Going with Helicoil M6X1 kit. Should be fun

Didnt wanna do a reply without being at least 90% have driven the car 70 miles. Since sensor swap. Multiple key on and off. No issues starting also scanned. Multiple times. No codes readiness monitors are all passed
Today while i drilled and installed Helicoils for some valve cover studs. I inspected CCT timing. Didnt set #1 to TDC just used timing marks. 16 links on the dot and timing marks aligned. top CCT guide looked in good condition

Good to see it working well.
It is rare for the cam sensor to fail, but looks like you got it.
Valve cover bolt tension: 84 in-lbs / 7 ft- lbs (10 NM)

I expect that 3/8 stubby is still way too much torque. I use a 1/4" ratchet and 1-2 fingers to tighten them.

Same here, PZ. It feels way too light of a tq on those, but it works. Trust the engineers on this one.
