I see wrongs on both sides.

When i was there less then a month ago, there is a sign that says, "No Demonstrating". They even said them self on youtube, they where celebrating the freedom of speech by dancing on his memorial.

I posted my peace on youtube and got FLAMED. So, ya, don't post anything on there unless your going to say something like, "America suck" "Cops are all idiots" "we are going to die a horrid country"....

My issue is, they didn't follow the rule of the federial memorial, so anything they do against that is a federal crime (the way I see it). Not to say they instigated the whole event by planning to do something that would 'piss off' the police in that area.

The police officer choking the guy (i think that is Adam) was wrong, but he was resisting arrest. It also turns out it was the same police officer that pushed him down at the same 'demonstration' a week before.

What do you think?

You can put up a sign that says "No Demonstrating", it doesn't mean it's constitutional. Those cops are in a bad position, because they have to enforce something that is entirely stupid, and they would have been better off doing nothing and ignoring the demonstrators.

I'm not sure how dancing equates to demonstrating here.

dem·on·strate   /ˈdɛmənˌstreɪt/ Show Spelled
[dem-uhn-streyt] Show IPA
verb, -strat·ed, -strat·ing.
–verb (used with object)

1. to make evident or establish by arguments or reasoning; prove: to demonstrate a philosophical principle.

The way I see it, you've got the guy who hates his job and is trying to make everyone as miserable as he is.

These cops are obviously poorly trained, unprofessional, and don't have control of their emotions. The demonstrators are clearly taking advantage of that ineptitude resulting in a bad situation.

When did this happen? Without knowing the whole situation, I have no idea whether the police were being unreasonable or not. It seems to me that if the police just ignored the "demonstrators" they would have come and gone without much incident. If however, the "demonstrators" were interfering with other visitors to the memorial, and being a public nuisance, they got what they asked for. Again, it is impossible to know what happened just from the video.

Theyre going to demonstrate something (that they would probably NEVER do in the 1st place) by breaking that law on purpose? Theyre idiots. That entire group.
