so I took the puck valve out, because each time when the car is under full boost, I can hear a mourning noise from the turbo area, not sure if it's the DV or whatever else coudl cause this nasty mourning noise. DV does seem to hold boost. so I blew air into the puck valve, and air came out through the other opening, is this normal?

The puck valve is a secondary PCV valve. The 1.8t has two PCV valves, why I don't know. All it does is let air pass into the turbo inlet hose from the crankcase, and prevent it from passing in the other direction. If you can blow air through the connector that goes into the turbo inlet hose, then it's busted and needs to be replaced.

hmm u said it let air pass into the turbo inlet hose from the crankcase, isnt that mean air should be able to pass through it?

air should pass through in one direction only: from the crankcase into the turbo inlet. if you can blow air through the valve in both directions, it is bad.
