Scott, http://www.audizine.com/forum/search.php?searchid=391130

I see a couple professional detailers were using the aerospace stuff on Porsche trim so I'm thinking this is worth it.

I'm going for the shower shield myself!!
i am not a member there.^^^^
they saying good or bad?
i use the proectant and its great, dash still looks good over 2 months later with only a little bit of dust on it, i think im going to order the 5 dollar kit and try the rest there stuff.
I like 303 Aerospace. I use it on my tires, lowers and rubber seals around the windows and doors. I also used it on the plastic covers in my engine bay. It blackens them up without looking plasticky or fake. It claims to be a "protectant" as well. Unfortunately it doesnt last long and wears off fairly quickly.
I'll tune in.....let me know what you think Scott....been pondering getting the protectant stuff for tires and lower trim.
303 Protectant is "the real stuff". In my 30+ years of restoring old cars, it's the only thing that brought back lightly crazed rubber. Once you use it, you'll be sold. Try it on fabrics - e.g., the back of that headrest that sounds crackly from being in the sun...and it won't anymore. Believe it or not, we spray our garage door with it - and while our neighbors paint every other year, we just spray. There's supposedly even a procedure to 'coat' glazed fiberglass on RVs, boats, et al. While it's not cheap, it's more than worth it!! Once you get the oxidized rubber off the tires, it'll be good for them, but it will take the black oxidized powder off (and be messy) until it's gone. Great for the unpainted trim panels.
I love 303, it's great for trim and the dash. You do a few treatments to the window trim for instance, after and in between washes even if it doesn't need it, and then it lasts through 5-6 washes or more. The dash and console/radio area never looked better. Probably better than new. I've washed the car about 6 times now and I'm still waiting for the stock grill to need a touch up. I've been putting on my tires since new and now I only apply it every several washes. And since I got them saturated like the trim and grill, they never really need it anymore, I just put it on when I feel like it.
I love 303 on the dash and tires, it gives both a nice matte finish.
