Any help would be appreciated. My 1999 Passat was running fine, then I didn't use it for a few months and a mouse started living under the hood. I cleaned everything out, inspected all the wires I could see and all looked good. But when I started the car, it started shifting randomly--not limp mode and the dash display is fine, but it sounds like I'm popping the clutch, yet it is an automatic. I removed the front passenger seat, pull up the carpet, found the TCM (completely dry) and replaced the TCM anyway, but symptoms continue. Do I have a bad solenoid or just need to change fluid (which was done a few years ago). Thanks for any help! :wrench:
