Hi,
Just wanted to check in here and see if anyone else was experiencing a vibration while driving on the highway. The vibration could be described as a "rock in the tire" feeling and when holding the steering wheel I feel it more on the left hand side of the wheel. The dealer has road forced balanced the wheels twice, swapped out the front left drive axle twice due to the tech seeing quite a bit of runout on the axle when the car the is on the lift yet the problem remains. The last time tech changed the drive axle the car is now pulling to the right. Thinking the alignment may be off now. Getting frustrated and I swore the last time I had a 1992 Passat and all the problems I had then I would never have a Passat again LOL. I guess its the ole saying "fool me once....". There is also another person at my dealership who purchased a 2019 Passat at the same time who is also having the same problem. Because he is closer they have swapped out all the wheels with another car changed out the rotors, changed drive axles. VW is now looking at the transmission. There are no lemon laws here in Canada so not sure what recourse we have with getting a new vehicle. Wish VW would start using their "German engineering" and create a quality product. I'm wondering if they are using Chinese parts when they build these Passats in good ole Tennessee. Also wondering if the runout the tech is seeing on the inner CV is being transmitted from the DSG
