Hi,

At above 70mph, i feel passat 2017 R line model is wobbly, it is moving out of my lane very easily.

Is it normal since passat steering is sharp and sensitive ?

Suggestions and experience please.

Sounds like its normal, more aggressive suspension geometry and bigger wheels with smaller sidewalls will mean the vehicle will tend to follow the imperfections of the road. It sounds like the vehicle is too new to have anything worn out, unless it was damaged.

More comfort oriented tires will probably help combat this tendency.

steering is too sharp and sensitive and tires are big that is the reason i got from mechanic. They said i will get used to it or i need change tires which has traction towards the road.

Incorrect toe-in on the alignment could cause the issue too.

I'd have the alignment and tire balance checked for good measure, and would also self-check the tire pressure at all four corners. These are easy things to check, and might eliminate the issue quickly and cheaply.
