I have a silicone hose like this but the past few months I have to wipe it off cause it seems to have oil residue on it. Can anyone tell me the cause of this and thanks in advance

If it's an old hose, it's become porous. If it's a new hose, the clamp is loose. How old is the rest of the PCV system?

I’ve had them on there for years like over 10 years but my car was stored or over 2 years. I bought the silicone ones for the entire PCV system

Silicone hoses break down over time and can weep oil. They need to be lined to prevent oil from seeping in and most are not. It's an issue on PCV hoses as well as many aftermarket FMIC hoses.
