If the engine does not move with a socket and long wrench on the crank bolt (19mm), you should either swap the engine or junk the car.

I would remove the valve cover, remove one cam cap (not the front one) and look for damage on the surface. The last 2 1.8T that I worked on after loss of oil pressure required replacement turbos, but they were both driven with low/no oil pressure. Otherwise, they continued on without damage.
