It starts fine in the morning, then after driving it for 15-20 minutes, if you try to start it within 5-10 minutes it starts fine. If it sits for a half an hour or more it won't start. It will turnover, but, not start. If you wait a couple of hours it will turnover then the cranking slows and it will start. Once running, it runs fine. Just did quite a bit of work to it, as follows; new ABS sensors, new right side axle, new plugs, new right front caliper, new rotors, new rear bearings, new tie rod ends, and new upper control arm. This starting problem has never happened before. Checked coolant temp sensor, seems to be working properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!!

Sorry! We did scan and the only code (I don't remember #) was for secondary air pump. I've had that code for the 3.5 years I've owned the car. I replaced air pump and tubes and still get that code. But, this is the first time for this starting problem. Something I forgot to include was, it acts like it's flooded when you try to start.

If the SAI valve on the back of the head is stuck partly open; that would cause a SAI code to be logged, and over time it will destroy the SAI Pump, and it will smog up the MAF sensor.
Check and fix the SAI system, or delete it.
Clean the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner only.
Further explain the cranking slowing during starting; does it slow suddenly or gradually ?
