16825 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect Flow
P0441 - 35-00 - -

It is blowing white smoke out of the tail pipe which has a very toxic smell. It is an ATW engine with AEB head on. Combi valve deleted. Secondary air injection pump deleted. Everything else is stock. What is my problem?

Most times the P0441 is a faulty evap purge valve. I'm not sure the P0441 and the white smoke are not separate issues. The white smoke may be coolant. When was the head work done and have you checked your coolant level?
The head was put on a couple years ago, but not very many mile been driven since. less than 10k. white smoke doesnt blow all the time. but i noticed that it appears along with the P0441. coolant does disappear but i know there is a slow leak on the oil cooler hoses.

I would change out your purge valve. It's a very simple DIY.
If the white smoke is not constant it could just be moisture in the exhaust system.
If i rev up the engine i do get water coming out from the pipe. good amounts. small puddles could appear, about a square foot in 5 mins(not always). Coolant disappears, by my guesstimations, a bit slower. I wonder if theres a way to determine whether it is coolant or just water that somehow got into the exhaust?
The water in the exhaust is a normal phenomenon called condensation. The hot gases hitting a cold (relatively speaking) exhaust will condensate the moisture in the air. Kind of like you blowing air out of your lungs on a cold day.
A vehicle that has coolant getting into the engine will just produce steam, because once the exhaust heats us it will vaporize the coolant/water etc.
I think you just need to focus on P0441, like said before replace the purge valve first, it's a good start.
