I have a 2001.5 V6 and am getting conflicting info on what type of oil to use. I just bought the car and want to complete the 35,000 mile service. The dealer said to use 15-40 Regular oil, but i remember something about sludge deposits. Should i use a semi-synthetic like 5-20? HELP!

I have a 2002 GLS and am looking at replacing the wheels. I am looking at a 18x7.5 wheel with a 38mm offset. The bolt pattern is 5x112. This should work right? How would I know that I need hub-centric rings? Also, here is a pic of my car with stock wheels...I don't know the name of them...
