My son bought a used 1995 Passat GLX VR6 last week. It ran fine when we got drove it home and for a couple days, until he and his friends tried to put radio in. We have it running now, but the turn signals aren't working. Found a lot of stuff in here to get us to this point, but stuck now.

Any tips on changing these belts on the V6?. Is it the same mechanism as the older VR6, where one slack off the belt by screwing down a bolt into the tensioner ?.
