I have some weird leak of what seems to be.. dirty water from under the engine. It doesn't seem to have the consistency of any chemical like coolant or oil so im at a loss. Could it just be.. water?

I tried to search for this, but no go. Opening up the jack compartment in my wagon, I came across a wire with a plug on the end of it that didn't seem to have a home. It is a female end, at least 16 pins(didn't count) Any ideas what this is?
